BenQ E72 smartphone with UMA

During production E72 is a subsidiary company called BenQ Qisda (abbreviation of "Speed Driving Quality Innovation and Achievements"). According to the site DigiTimes, smartphone will operate in networks UMA (Unlicensed Mobile Access), that is able to automatically switch between ordinary GSM connections and VoIP (over WiFi).
The technical characteristics of new items are little known:
- Windows Mobile 6.0 Standard
- Work in networks GSM / EDGE
- The display with a resolution of 240 pixels error
- TI OMAP1030 processor 260 MHz
- 64 MB RAM and 128 MB flash memory
- Chamber 2 Mp
- WiFi and Bluetooth 2.0
- UMA support networks
BenQ E72 will be available in the markets of western Europe under the brand Qisda and in the shops of China and eastern European model will be sold under the brand BenQ. Prices have not yet been announced.
